Roasted fresh every Monday

30-day returns on brew gear

An everyday ritual, taken seriously.

No mystery blends, no months-old beans, no gear we haven't lived with. Just coffee we're proud to put our name on, from the farm to your kitchen counter.

Sourced direct

Three farm partnerships we visit every harvest, each lot cupped in Portland before it earns a place on the shelf.

Roasted weekly

Small batches fired every Monday and shipped within 48 hours, so your bag lands in its peak window, never warehoused.

Gear we actually use

Every grinder and brewer we sell earns its spot on our own brew bar first. If we wouldn't reach for it daily, it isn't here.

Freshly roasted coffee beans cooling in the roaster drum

Since 2018 · Portland, OR

Roasted with intention, every single Monday.

Brew Element started in a Portland garage with a secondhand roaster and a stubborn idea. Today we still roast in small batches, source directly from farms we visit, and ship every order within 48 hours of roasting.

The gear on our shelves is the gear on our own counters. If we wouldn't brew with it daily, we don't sell it.

Coffee is produce. We roast every Monday, ship within 48 hours, and pull anything older than 14 days off the shelf, so your bag lands in its peak brewing window, not past it.

Every bag is dated by hand on roast day. Check it against the chart and brew accordingly.
