Returns, the human way
Brew gear
Unopened items: full refund within 30 days of delivery. Opened gear in like-new condition can be exchanged within 14 days.
Coffee
Roasted to order, so we can't restock it — but if a bag arrives damaged or tastes off, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. No shipping it back, no forms.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
